In the past you have participated at the contest of the Olense Kartoenale?
The new regulation of the Olense Kartoenale 2019 is available. The main theme is ‘From bovine to handbag, from ox to leather pants, from cow to elegant shoe’. Also this year Amnesty International offers a special prize to the best cartoon with theme ‘People and ideas behind bars’.

Va de que hay de gracioso en el paso de una vaquita comehierba a un elegante bolso y/o zapato de cuero... amán de otras prendas... No se yo que opinarán los ani...malistas... pero ani...maos si lo véis bien...
