The new regulation of the Olense Kartoenale 2018 is available. The main theme is ‘Safety at work'. Also this year Amnesty International offers a special prize to the best cartoon with theme ‘Right to decent work’.

Bueno... el tema es "Seguridad en el trabajo" Así que cuidado cuando os "subáis el pincel o lápiz a la oreja" no os deis en un ojo...
