Desde Gábrovo nos recuerdan que el plazo para concursar finaliza el 1 de marzo... y el que avisa no es traidor 

It is to remind you kindly that Match 1^st, 2015 is coming up soon. It is the deadline for receiving entries for 22^nd International Biennial of Humour and Satire in the Arts – Gabrovo 2015. This year’s special theme for CARTOONS category is The Protester. However, the organizers offer also prizes for the best cartoon on other subject matter like the fight against tobacco consumption and alcohol abuse, safeguarding Nature, etc.
